🚨 NEW: Fox’s Bret Baier just gave an uplifting history lesson on healing America’s divides: “You think campaigns are bad now? This was the ugliest of ugly campaigns: Vice President Thomas Jefferson challenged the sitting President John Adams in 1800. They didn’t talk to each other for 11 years after that.”
“But in 1812 they started writing letters to each other and by the time they died - both on July 4th - they became really close friends. My point is this: the common ground we have as Americans is something we need to rekindle. We need to remember to talk to each other before we do crazy things and make stupid statements. Listen to each other.”
“As we get towards the 250th, take a breath and realize how great we have it,” adds @BretBaier
So incredibly insightful…his thoughts on community, neighbors, problem solving .. so very relevant to me.

Massive miscarriage of justice!!
“A tear rolls down the cheek of NYPD Sgt. Erik Duran, 38, who was sentenced yesterday for the death of Eric Duprey as he tried to flee from a 2023 drug raid.
Duran threw a picnic cooler at Duprey, which knocked him off a scooter, killing him. Lefty Judge Guy Mitchell claimed Duran could have just let him go and arrested him later, and justified the jail time by saying he was sending a "general deterrent" message to police.”
"It's a huge miscarriage of justice” former NYPD boss Ray Kelly told The Post.”

Auburn SF Elyjah Freeman is reportedly hitting the transfer portal
really fun player in his first season of Division I ball, especially with his high-volume rebounding and disruptive defense
will be interesting to see where he goes, as he’s a potential NBA player down the road
