Floored that @AmericanExpress won't waive a late fee for a payment that is 2 days late after decades of consistent on-time payments. They've lost a long-time reliable customer over $29. So stupid!

I hate @UPS. Driver made absolutely no attempt to deliver my package. Just drove on by and marked it as "receiver was not available." That's bullshit as I was home plus the package did not require a signature.
