Ya, this was something were missing for a while - it's really important for me too! Finally making some progress on it the past couple of weeks though.
Goal is to have the entire UI keyboard-navigable, vim style:

Hi @PiBeben - I had some recording issues, luckily @ABawesomed had me covered.
Just uploaded: youtube.com/watch?v=Pi8qRg_g…
Ya! @zachbaylin implemented this for us - you can use `gh` in normal mode to see the type:
Can paste this into "devDeps"
"@opam/ocaml-lsp-server": "ocaml/ocaml-lsp:ocaml-lsp-server.opam"
Provides completion / go-to-definition / highlights:
Pipelined rendering: We could potentially run parts of the @reveryui rendering pipeline in parallel.
Today, it's always sequential: Reconcilation -> Layout -> Draw -> Swap Buffers. But multi-core opens up the possibility of doing some of these steps in parallel.

Oh no... I think I've copied and paste this code a million times:
Oh, interesting. At least the initial rendering worked....
If you close and reopen - and then type `:new test.js` - do you see an editor window like this? Or is it still blank like before? Wondering if this is a rendering issue.
Thanks @mjackson for the screenshot, that helps a ton!
It looks like there is something broken for sure... the editor surface isn't rendering at all.
Did you see the 'welcome' screen on start?
Oh ya, @reactiveconf posted my talk there (mostly about @oni_vim): youtube.com/watch?v=QD9hpiBZ…
I think the @reasonconf talk will be coming soon, too.
Unfortunately I didn't have time to go very deep into the Windows challenges - but if you're interested in cross-platform development with @OCamlLang / @reasonml , this talk "Winning on Windows" by David Allsopp is a must-watch:

You can sort of get the best of both worlds with @reveryui - it can compile to JS with the js_of_ocaml compiler!
We don't have it hooked up our quickstart, but you can try it with the example app at github.com/revery-ui/revery with `esy '@js' install` and `esy '@js' run`:
Regarding compilation logs - I like VSCode's model - lightweight, quick to toggle, and stays out of your way.
Was thinking something similar but more keyboard accessible. Also could surface Vim quickfix list. @Akin_So has done some exploring here: github.com/onivim/oni2/pull/… 🔥
Can't wait 😎 @wokalski and @rauanmayemir (creators of Brisk) will be joining me to build a #native FlappyBird with @reveryui and @reasonml
Will be a fun intro to native @reasonml ! We'll cover some fundamentals - and then dive into the native worfklow, custom components&hooks
In case you missed it, we still have a few spots for our Revery workshop on the 25th with @bryphe, @wokalski and @rauanmayemir where you will learn about building and running a @ReasonML native project and more!
