There’s some beauty in the Eagles being shitty this year. It’s something we haven’t experienced as fans in a while, and it really separates the bandwagon fans from the diehards.
We’ve been spoiled with successful Eagles football for the past decade, maybe even 25 years when you look at the bigger picture. Yes, there have been some outlier seasons like 2005, 2012, 2020 and maybe this year, but history shows we’ll be back sooner rather than later.

Football aside, this is really painful on a human level. Jalen goes about his work the right way and is always a professional. He’s had his character questioned many times over the years and has kept his head down regardless. I have no doubts he will overcome this, it’s just sad.

According to Mouse Jones, Jay-Z has gotten so comfortable and protected that his interviews come off soft. He brought up Frazier Tharpe's GQ interview with Jay and said the questions Frazier asked were soft. His argument is that Jay doesn't really let himself be challenged, so nobody asks the hard questions about his politics or being a billionaire. 🎙️
Charlamagne said nah. He argued Jay-Z will engage, but it depends on who's sitting across from him. If you walk in treating him like he's untouchable, that's the interviewer's failure, not Jay's. Whoever holds the platform sets the tone and has to ask the questions.
Then it got heated. Mouse brought up Barclays and gentrification, saying Jay-Z became the face of it by letting himself be on the billboards for a project that changed Brooklyn and pushed out longtime residents.
Charlamagne called that take lazy. He says Jay held a tiny piece of that project, and the real power and responsibility sat with government figures like Bloomberg and the developers working behind the scenes.

Got gangbanged in the back of a moving van by five movers who were supposed to be helping me relocate, none of them bothered with condoms. I was moving out of my apartment in the city into a smaller place across town. Hired this local moving company…five guys showed up in a big white cargo van. Young-ish, mid-twenties to early thirties, all built from lifting shit all day. Tattoos, work boots, that slightly sweaty look guys get when they’ve been loading furniture in the heat. I was in shorts and a tank top because packing is hot work. Didn’t think twice about it.
We got most of the boxes and the big stuff loaded by late afternoon. Last trip was supposed to be the mattress, a couple dressers, and the rest of the random crap. I climbed in the back to make sure nothing was shifting around. One of them, big guy named Ray, the one who did most of the talking…shut the rear doors behind us and knocked twice on the wall so the driver knew we were ready.
Van started moving. I was still crouched between the mattress and a stack of boxes when Ray looked at me and just said,
