🚨 A family opened their back door to let their dog out... and a cop they didn't know was there KILLED her in five seconds.
Then he pointed his gun at her OWNER.
Her name was Tesla. A 3-year-old black Lab from Rochester, New York.
October 19th, 2018. Police were chasing two suspects through backyards.
They already had them in CUFFS. It was OVER.
But Officer Javier Algarin hopped the Dempsey family's fence AGAIN.
No warrant. No knock. Nobody inside even knew he was there.
Three seconds later, Charles Dempsey opened the back door.
Tesla ran off her OWN porch into her OWN backyard.

I disagree entirely with this, they are the King’s Guard, not the PM’s and this is therefore a complete misuse. 10 Downing Street is protected by the police and that is a clear and important distinction. Who agreed to it?
It looks ‘wrong’ and is even more improper considering it appears the PM considers our armed forces to be a decorative accessory for his PR rather than a fighting force which requires full and proper funding and equipment.
Our army are currently unable to operate tanks due to training cuts and are having aircraft withdrawn due to lack of affordability. It is disgraceful.
Fund our defence fully Prime Minister and stop with the game-playing.
