Question for @USPS and @USPSHelp .... it's a federal crime for me to open or destroy mail I receive in my box that is not addressed to me, correct? So what do I do if I mark it "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" but the letter carrier just scribbles that out and puts it back in my slot?

According to: faq.usps.com/s/article/How-i… Sooo... yeah, what do I do when the letter carrier isn't accepting refused mail for someone that doesn't live here that I can't legally destroy?

And yet @astoundconnects says it MUST be my fault, despite my other ISP (@quantumfiber) not having any issues during this time. Support was just like "there are no issues on our end, must be your fault, we can send a tech out next week"...

What I wouldn't give for a contact method to reach someone actually competent at @astoundconnects to report issues. Hell, I'd be happy to help provide them information and data to help localize issues (traceroutes, etc) from the customer-side.

But seems they don't even give any kind of issue notices (maintenance, degraded service) to support, and support has no way to see packetloss across their network or link congestion to even say "yeah, there's an issue, we're on it"... just "must be your fault".

#Destiny2 #Destiny2Game #Guardians Logging into Destiny in June isn’t pointless — it’s the only leverage we have. We’re not trying to kill Marathon; we’re showing Sony which game actually delivers the numbers. Player turnout is our voice, our vote, our weapon.

At its best, content was a machine to create memories and friendships. No new content stings. This pain is about losing a place where so many memories were made. It stings not because of what it was, but the realization of what it won't be.

So this is fun... Sent in an 8TB WD_Black SSD for warranty replacement (died after <2 months) and @SanDisk sent me a DOA replacement. Did they not even QA the replacement? Or did they think I wouldn't notice? Well, we'll see how support goes with this one...

Replying to @astoundconnects
I tried calling the last time (February)... and nothing came of it. ("We didn't raise your price, just added the fees!") This is less a "help me" (because you won't)... and more a warning to future/potential customers.

Wow... I was a CascadeLink customer 10 years ago, got a "price for life" deal... until this year, when @astoundconnects decided to "alter the deal"... and then "alter it further". I guess this is what happens when you gut the @FCC...

There is only one acceptable situation for doing a Nazi salute or wearing a Nazi uniform.... And that's if you're an actor in a movie about kicking the shit out of the Nazis. I mean... someone has to play the Nazis, right? Outside of that? Nope. Not ever.

If you told me 5 years ago that I would end up identifying with and relating to "narcissist survivor" relationship memes, I'd've called you a liar. And yet... here I am, and it has been the theme over the last year and a half as I've slowly realized what I had gone through.
