I don't use AI tools that hallucinate or make up dosing. My patients can't afford that. Plenty of these tools raised big VC money anyway. Physicians have to be the filter.
I've followed @doximity since the Epocrates days. They're the clinical AI tool I trust. Watching them get here has been a front row seat to something special.

Today, @Doximity's AI team is open-sourcing mvcc, a compiler and runtime that build and run CUDA C++ on Apple silicon GPUs. Point nvcc or CMake at it and your CUDA code runs on a Mac, with no NVIDIA toolkit, driver or GPU involved. Apache 2.0.

Bedside Bench was developed by physicians to test performance on open-ended clinical tasks involving incomplete information, medication safety, evidence use, hallucination, missed actions, and treatment planning. It covers 500 questions across 10 dimensions of clinical care.
