Confirmed: E-4B 74-0787 departed Offutt AFB on Oct 29 heading east (FR24 track matches the video). It is part of the annual Global Thunder 27 nuclear command exercise that began Oct 22. USSTRATCOM states this is routine readiness training, not a response to any events, and increased bomber flights are expected. No evidence supports claims of imminent global nuclear war or cyber attack.
