Evero should have been fired in 2024. That was a historically bad year for the #Panthers defense.
But excuses were made then.
The problem I had/have is they let that DC decide who to build his defense with since then.
Only defensive position we have truly hit on in the draft has been safety - he knows how to coach that role.
Nobody else has exceeded expectations.
Just wasted time with coaching misalignment.
I blame Tepper and Morgan for that.
