A Tesla owner just showed how far the technology has come... and people can’t believe what they’re watching.
She’s looking for a house for sale in Lynchburg, Virginia.
There’s just one problem:
She doesn’t remember the address.
So she asks Grok.
She gives it the street, the city and the name of the real estate agent.
Grok figures out which house she’s talking about, gives her the address and starts telling her about the property.
Then she asks:
“Can you drive me there?”
Grok loads the destination into the Tesla’s navigation.
She activates Full Self Driving and the Tesla starts taking her there.
She never knew the address.
She never had to search for the listing herself.
She basically described a house to her CAR and it figured out where she wanted to go and started navigating her there.
How much more does Tesla have to accomplish before people finally admit Elon Musk was right about the future of cars?

If a Cybercab can roll through Chinatown at rush hour - tight streets, sudden pedestrians, bikes cutting across, yellow cabs everywhere, and zero room to hide - then the rest of the country is going to feel almost quiet.
