🐾 Help Emilio Make a Difference for Shelter Pets! 🐾
Emilio is working toward his Eagle Scout rank with Scouting America Troop 977, and his Eagle Scout service project supports the cats and dogs at a shelter in Navasota, Texas.
For his project, Emilio will be leading volunteers in bathing and grooming shelter pets, helping them feel clean, comfortable, and ready to meet potential adopters. He will also be taking updated photos of the animals to post online, giving them a better chance of being noticed and finding their forever homes. ❤️
This project is especially meaningful to Emilio because our own kitten came from this shelter, so helping these animals is very close to his heart.
We would be incredibly grateful for any support! Supply donations will help Emilio and his volunteers care for as many shelter pets as possible.
🐶🐱 If you would like to support Emilio’s Eagle Scout project, you can purchase an item directly from his Amazon Wish List:

Every donation, big or small, will help make a difference for these animals. Thank you for supporting Emilio and helping shelter pets put their best paw forward on their journey to a forever home! 🐾❤️ – at Texas, USA

I don’t think people realize how much healthcare costs are driving big companies to fire and not hire.
It costs them $30k per family, per year for premiums and care. Most of that goes to the massive, vertically integrated insurance companies that send weekly bills that no one reviews in details. And it doesn’t include the company overhead to deal with it all. It’s usually the 2nd largest expense after payroll. Which is insane
It’s far easier to blame AI than it is to blame Healthcare costs.
Want to increase jobs, wages and improve affordability for every American ?
Break up the biggest insurance companies. Make divest non insurance companies. They don’t need thousands of subsidiaries. That’s how they game and abuse the system and increase costs for all of us.
Call your senator and tell them to support the BreakUp Big Medicine Bill by @HawleyMO and @SenWarren.

I don't think people understand what's happening in housing market right now.
Florida now has 177,00 listings. Highest level on record.
Entire Northeast U.S. has 79,000 listings. Lowest level on record.
People are leaving Florida. And moving back north. A structural trend that will likely last years, and cause Florida's housing market to decline for an extended period.

five years ago today i released my album portraits. my career was pretty much on life support before this record, but i knew deep down i had to give myself one more chance in music.
flash forward, and i would be lying to you if i said i do not struggle. i struggle so much keeping my confidence doing what i do. but on a day like today, i am reminded that i am on the same journey from the youtube video, to portraits, to now. and that journey is not linear.
life is not a straight highway or a straight railroad track, it’s a big, deep, and chaotic ocean. the important thing is to keep the sails up.
it’s not about stats, socials, or popularity.
it’s about music, connection, and gratitude.
thank you for understanding me at my best, at my worst, and the days in between. i love you & i am beyond thankful for you.

You don't demonstrate your seriousness that Trump is an existential threat to democracy by going through the motions to renominate an 81-year-old with a 38% approval rating who 75% of voters think is too old without giving anyone a choice because that's just how things are done.
