First cut on east side of range tee! 8 days after seeding. Looking good going into a rainy weekend. On track to reopen whole tee on Tuesday!
It’s been 14 days since overseeding the west side of the range tee and it’s ready to open! We are seeding the east side today. Two more weeks and we’ll have the whole tee open for the fall season!
Cooler weather has finally arrived and the west side of the driving range tee is ready to open! Guys are giving it a haircut before we open it tomorrow. Will be prepping and seeding east side of range tomorrow as well.
Course received another .6” of rain overnight! Had another passing storm, but the show must go on. Day 2 of the @oklahoma_golf Bailey Bash. Good luck everyone!

It’s raining!! Already up to an inch and counting. July 11th was the last time we got over an inch of rain! Keep going! Need a pond filler!
Another busy day on the driving range. New concrete pad extension being poured today! This should double the available hitting stations this winter!
Labor Day weekend is behind us & that means it’s time for overseeding the DR tee. Like last year, we’ve closed the west side of the tee for seeding. Will be closed for the next few weeks while we grow it in. Expecting to reopen in 2 weeks, then repeat process on east side.
As part of their daily ritual, the mallards are lining up for breakfast. They walk single file across the green every morning while we are setting up. ☺️

We skipped Ludicrous Heat today and went straight to Plaid! The Wet Bulb Globe Risk today is in the high-to-extreme for most of us. It's like the heat index, but adds in the impact of wind and the sun. Check this out for more info: content.mesonet.org/mesonet/… #okwx #okmesonet
Crew are making the turn on the second round of aeration! Should almost finish today. Will spend last closed day tomorrow cleaning up and dialing in course for reopening Friday! Proud of our team for working so diligently in this heat!💪🏼👊🏻
Day 2 of greens aeration! Guys are killing it. Finished all the greens this morning and doubled back over on putting green to begin second round. Removing a ton of thatch!
