Homebrewing a cask-conditioned Dark Mild 🍺 I developed this recipe w/ @BasicBrewing. I brewed it on an @SsBrewtech SVBS. After conditioning, I pulled the beer through an engine with a sparkler (because it was under-carbonated). We drank it all in a single day 🍻

I bottled a Belgian Tripel that I brewed for @BasicBrewing. James and I developed the recipe on the audio show. And soon we'll be able to taste it after a few weeks of bottle conditioning and carbonation.
