So I tried to get Gemini to find even a single instance of Hamas deliberately and knowingly killing a child on October 7th and it eventually came up with Noya Dan, a 12-year-old girl with autism who had been found dead with her grandmother near the Gaza border fence with close-range bullet wounds. The AI explained that their Hamas kidnappers had grown frustrated attempting to move the uncooperative disabled child and her elderly grandmother on foot so they decided to give up and simply executed them in cold blood before moving on. I couldn't find a source confirming this account and when I inquired, Gemini admitted it had hallucinated the entire thing and that actually their bodies were found badly burned, most likely killed by a 30mm high-explosive incendiary autocannon round or a 40mm high-explosive dual-purpose grenade fired from an Eitan or Namer Israeli IFV. 🥴

Naser Asadi, an Iranian diplomat, formally replied to Netanyahu's speech at the UN. He didn't use diplomatic language. He didn't say "we are concerned." He didn't say "we call for restraint." He said the truth:
"War crime is their fun. Genocide is their most beloved practice. Deception, lying and victim playing are the core elements of their strategy."
This is not hyperbole. This is a description of a state.
Let's go through the list.
War crime is their fun.
◾ They bomb hospitals in Gaza. Then they claim Hamas was hiding there.
◾ They bomb schools in Gaza. Then they claim children were human shields.
◾They bomb universities in Gaza. Then they claim they were "terrorist infrastructure."
◾ They bomb ambulances. Then they claim they were "transporting fighters."
◾ They bomb journalists. Then they claim they were "embedded with Hamas."
◾ They bomb UN shelters. Then they claim they were "harboring militants."
◾ They bomb aid convoys. Then they claim they were "stolen by Hamas."
◾ They snipe children in the head. Then they claim they were "warning shots."
They do it with joy. They post videos. They celebrate. They dance. They hand out candy. They call it "mowing the grass."
Genocide is their most beloved practice.
◾ 74,000 dead in Gaza in three years. Most of them women and children.
◾ 17,000 children killed.
◾ 1,014 athletes killed.
◾ 500 airstrikes on Syria in days.
◾ 1,200 incursions into Syrian territory.
◾ 300 detentions of Syrians.
◾ 168 girls killed in Minab, Iran.
◾ Hospitals, schools, universities, refugee camps, churches, mosques, bakeries, water treatment plants, all destroyed.
◾ 90% of Gaza's infrastructure destroyed.
◾ 2 million people displaced. Multiple times.
◾ Famine induced.
◾ Medicine blocked.
◾ Clean water blocked.
◾ Electricity blocked.
◾Everything blocked.
And they call it "self-defense."
Deception, lying and victim playing are the core elements of their strategy.
◾ They claim to be the victim while occupying Palestinian land.
◾ They claim to be the victim while bombing seven countries.
◾ They claim to be the victim while blockading Gaza.
◾They claim to be the victim while assassinating scientists and commanders.

The Walkout
Netanyahu spoke to empty chairs. Delegates from around the world walked out. They did not stay to listen to his lies. They did not stay to applaud his victim-playing. They did not stay to watch him wave his maps and make his threats.
They walked out. And the chairs were empty. And the cameras captured it. And the world saw it.
But it is not enough to walk out. You must also act.
Walking out is symbolic. It is important. It sends a message. But it does not stop the bombs. It does not free Palestine. It does not hold Netanyahu accountable. It does not enforce the ICC warrant. It does not end the occupation.
The delegates who walked out should go further. They should:
◾ Demand an immediate ceasefire.
◾Demand the suspension of all arms sales to Israel.
◾Demand the enforcement of the ICC arrest warrant.
◾Demand the suspension of Israel from the UN.
◾ Demand sanctions on Israeli officials.
◾ Demand the recognition of Palestine.
◾ Demand the right of return for Palestinian refugees.
◾ Demand the end of the occupation.
Otherwise, their walkout is just theater. And theater does not save lives.

Le régime politique russe est loin d'être une démocratie parfaite, c'est une chose entendue.
Mais voir le parti de Poutine et Medvedev obtenir 58% des voix aux législatives montre que nous ne sommes quand même pas dans un régime de type chinois ou nord-coréen où le parti au pouvoir recueille généralement plus de 99,5%.
Ni dans un régime comme il en existe encore beaucoup à travers le monde, en Afrique, au Moyen-Orient ou en Asie du sud-est, où les autocrates au pouvoir sont réélus avec une majorité écrasante de plus de 90%.
Mais allons plus loin.
Les autorités russes ont interdit au parti Iabloko, qui milite pour l'adhésion de la Russie à l'UE et contre l'intervention militaire russe en Ukraine, de se présenter aux législatives. C'est en effet profondément anormal et regrettable.
Mais voir la Commissaire européenne estonienne Kaja Kallas en déduire que les élections législatives en Russie ne sont qu'un «vernis de démocratie» témoigne de l'aplomb et du cynisme à toute épreuve des européistes.
Ne vivons-nous pas en France une situation comparable ?
Lorsque l'on constate que le RN, puis LFI, se soumettent coup sur coup au narratif otanien, et que toute personne favorable à l'arrêt du soutien à l'Ukraine est immédiatement lynchée médiatiquement comme étant un soutien de Poutine, un collabo et un traître à la France, force est de constater que la démocratie en France n'a guère de leçon à donner à la Russie !
Mais la cerise sur le gâteau est de voir nos dirigeants politiques et nos médias soutenir à qui mieux-mieux le régime de Zelensky, en le présentant comme l'ultime rempart de la démocratie en Europe.
Or, rappelons que si les élections législatives en Russie n'ont pas été organisées d'une façon parfaitement transparente, elles ont quand même eu lieu !
Alors que toutes les élections ont été interdites par Zelensky en Ukraine depuis 2023. Les dernières législatives t remontent à juillet 2019, il y a plus de 7 ans, et le régime ukrainien a tout simplement interdit les 7 partis d'opposition.
En d'autres termes, les partisans de l'Ukraine font penser à l'hôpital se moquant de la charité.
