An entire @Delta flight from Cabo is trapped in the baggage claim at LAX international terminal bc they sent all the bags to the domestic terminal and can’t get them back. We aren’t allowed to go get them. We landed at 5:30 PM with our 2 yo child who hasn’t had dinner and there is no food or water in this area bc it’s pre customs. Zero. It’s now almost 7:30pm. Everyone else will miss their connections. Worst travel experience of my life, and I’ve been through it. Worst is their team here who lied about where the bags are saying they would be here in 15 min over 4 times. Thankfully we have AirTags. Who knew the baggage claim pre customs coming home would be the purgatory that finally killed my loyalty to @Delta.
