Step into the craziest visualization of the fourth dimension you have ever seen
Can't wait
Three years ago we began principal photography for A Gettysburg Haunting (@aghaunting). Today I get to announce that AGH is officially finished!
To everyone who’s supported, followed along, championed, and believed in me and this project, I thank you from the bottom of my heart
Can't wait to see this!!!!
I wrote and directed A Gettysburg Haunting (@aghaunting) for viewers to notice clues (which will probably make more sense on a second watch) to solve the mystery. There are a handful of them, and one is me spoiling the twist if you pay attention

I regret that many people I follow because they are great writers, scientists or thinkers mostly post about their politics. It's always the same politics, the same narrative engulfing whatever thing happens. Politics is the mindkiller.

This is one of the most important studies in sleep science.
Van Dongen et al. ran the experiment that changed how we understand chronic sleep restriction. They had subjects sleep 4h, 6h, or 8h nightly for 14 days, testing cognitive performance every 2 hours.
The 6h group’s reaction time deficits by day 14 matched subjects who had been awake for 24 hours straight. The 4h group? They performed like someone awake 48 hours.
But here’s what makes this study terrifying.
The Stanford Sleepiness Scale ratings in Panel B plateau after day 3-4. Subjects stopped feeling more tired even as their cognitive performance continued deteriorating through day 14. Your subjective experience of fatigue is a lagging indicator that eventually just… stops updating.
This explains why chronic undersleeping feels sustainable. You’ve adapted to feeling tired. Your prefrontal cortex hasn’t adapted to being impaired.
The PVT (Psychomotor Vigilance Task) in Panel A measures lapses in attention. These are the moments where you’re staring at a screen and your brain simply checks out for 500ms. Every additional day of 6h sleep adds more lapses. The curve never flattens.
Panel C and D show working memory and processing speed. Same pattern: continuous degradation with no subjective awareness.
The practical implications:
If you’re sleeping 6h and think you’re functioning fine, you’ve lost the internal calibration to know you’re not. The subjects in this study would have told you they felt “okay” while performing like they’d pulled an all-nighter.
For anyone doing cognitively demanding work, this means you cannot trust how you feel. You need to track objective markers: error rates, decision latency, problem-solving throughput.
Sleep need is biological, not negotiable. Most adults require 7-9 hours, and the research shows no population-level adaptation to chronic restriction. “I only need 6 hours” is almost always “I’ve forgotten what baseline cognition feels like.“

One of my favorite quotes is the one from Marcus Aurelius: ‘The happiness of your life depends upon the quality of your thoughts.’
I think it’s always good to remember it.

Sunday Basic Leverage Flush Trading Rules to keep you from losing money.
Lesson: How to protect your value. Im tired of hearing about people losing - stick to the discipline. Dont get greedy. #1 rule of trading. PROTECT YOUR CAPITAL. In crypto token balances are all that matter. The goal is to increase your token balances using consistently profitable trades and buying spot assets on the flushes.
Note on Liquidation Level trading: This is the most profitable strategy in crypto right now. It has a 90% success ratio if executed correctly with limited risk of loss if executed correctly.
Entry: Enter Long when the price goes into the blue lines on the Liquidation Levels. The closer to the bottom the better. Remember the exchange will always flush the high leverage traders. Your job is to wait for that flush to enter. Patience is key. Wait for the signal, do not trade if the setup is not right.
1. Never sit in a losing trade. If your trade turns red and goes more than a 2-3% loss - exit. Re-enter lower. This is the most important rule to trading that 99% of traders mess up. You will make it back if you do this and enter in a better position.
2. Always add a stop loss on every entry. I recommend 5% but depending on your leverage can be tighter for higher leverage, looser for lower leverage.
Exit: If you timed your entry correctly, the flush will bounce and you will be up 10-35% (depending on leverage used). Take this profit. Take this profit. Take this profit. Never try get a forever position. Dont round trip trades. Exit and repeat. Your job is to consistently pull 10-35% out the market on flushes and accumulate this liquidity to build your bag.
Note: Obviously this is a loose guide. All parameters are variable and everyone has their own style. But this is the edge.
Why? Because crypto is manipulated. It is not a free market. The exchange is selling leverage trades and manipulating the price to flush the traders. Its a business. On bullish news they will flush lower to prey on the long traders using high leverage (red and yellow lines). On bearish news they will appreciate the price to liquidate short traders who think they smart.
Yes this works the other way around and you can short for 10-35% when the top blue lines are cleared.
Macro Theory: On a high timeframe crypto is following global liquidity which follows the business cycle.
The business cycle is about to exit QT (tightening, removing liquidity) and start stimulating via injecting new liquidity and lowering interest rates called QE. This is the start of the bull run. Remember there has not been new money in the USA since COVID. New liquidity has been printed by other countries and the US is about to start. The new liquidity is coming. Learn to trade now, so you are skilled and prepared.
On a low timeframe crypto is manipulated within a range by the casino (CEX exchanges starting with a 'B'). The Liquidation Level chart shows the range. There are 3 colored lines. They are above and below the price. The red, yellow and blue lines are high leverage high risk trades. Red lines will always be flushed (100x or more). The yellow lines are flushed 90% of the time (50x-100x). The blue lines are your signal. When the blue lines (25x-50x) get flushed you enter the trade. Wait for these events. If you trade in the range because of boredom, you will most likely lose capital. The winners wait patiently and execute with conviction and discipline when the events happen.
You know what a flush looks like. We just had a series of flushes over the last days where the exchange removed 90% of the leverage traders. ($1.8b was liquidated), your job is to extract some of that liquidity.
Thats the Liquidation Level Strategy. "Enter in the blues".
Current Binance Levels (30 second chart is required). Do not trade now. The price is clearly in the middle of the range. Wait for the blues.

Dont get liquidated. Never use high leverage. Build a spot bag and move to self custody until top of the business cycle (est Q3 2026)
