🚨 A white police officer was caught on video beating a young Black child who was already on the ground. The officer is seen kneeling over the kid and repeatedly punching him while the child begs “Stop, bro.” The boy is clearly not fighting back, yet this piece of shit keeps hitting him like he’s enjoying every second of it.
