she sighed constantly as he kissed her forehead, nodding her head as he pulled away. “be safe, I love you.” She spoke with a smile, grabbing her phone to scroll on social media until he got back.

She gave him a look before moving just enough for him to get out of bed, sliding her body back under the covers. “Well, the quicker you get dressed and get our pizza, the quicker we can watch the movie.”

“I don’t do that, what in the hell are you talking about?” She playfully hit his arm, nodding her head at his comment. “Or call them back and see if they can deliver. I didn’t think about asking them, I assumed you’d go get them”

“I say let’s watch a scary movie, because it’s been a while.” Calling and starting to place the order as he grabbed his wallet, she ordered their usual pizza with cheese fries and garlic knots before hanging up. “They said give them 20 and you can pay when you pick it up.”

“do you want a scary movie?” she leaned over to grab her phone, realizing it was just about time for their favorite pizza place to open. “do you want me to call and place the order?”

she leaned up slightly after he agreed with her about staying home for the day, a sly grin form on her face before she gave him a soft kiss. “That sounds like a perfect plan. I think we should order pizza and just watch movies all day.”

“I might’ve already found coverage for today, and since I didn’t have any surgeries scheduled —“ she rolled over in his embrace with a soft smile, nodding her head. “is it working?”

“because if I say it enough, you’ll forget about going to work today…” she softly yawned, pushing her back against his chest while fighting to keep her eyes open. “sofia‘s at school, we’ve been going a million miles a hour —“

“because I don’t wanna move?” she chuckled lightly, moving her neck to crack it softly before reaching over to grab her phone to check the time. “five more minutes.”

“I think we should stay home today.” she felt her body relax against his skin, a content sigh escaping her lips while the back of her head rested against his chest

she sighed constantly, scooting back towards him so her back touched his chest. “five more minutes of you doing that.”

she opens an eye to look at him before pulling the blanket over her head. “mmmh, five more minutes.”
