Spoiled insulin doesn’t smell, change color, or offer any telltale signs that it’s ruined. You can’t tell it’s “spoiled” until you suddenly see your blood sugar spiking. 🙄
Our point 👉 keep your insulin safe from hot & cold temperatures!

•➡️Why do initial successful weight losses with diet and exercise seem to usually not sustain?🤔
•‼️Energy Balance! Our body compensates! It boosts appetite.
•For each kilogram of weight loss, appetite ⬆️ 100 kcal/day and our energy expenditure ⬇️ 20-30 kcal/day.
