Just a really bad loss no other way to put it. The officials were horrible but down the stretch Naz and Dennis cost the Hornets

🎙️ @BenGolliver on Naz Reid's benching: "I read that situation as Charles Lee trying to say, 'Hey, Naz, this is the biggest role, the most influence you've really had on a group. You're not the Sixth Man of the Year candidate like you were in Minnesota. You're a starter, you're putting up career-year type numbers in this new role. We're gonna hold you to a really high standard because we want to hold everybody to a high standard.'" 🎙️ @BannedMacMahon on the Hornets prioritizing culture: "Moving off LaMelo Ball and Miles Bridges put them in a position where they could try to create the kind of culture they want. Calling out Naz Reid like this so early on is a pretty strong message to everybody on that roster: 'Hey, it's going to be the way we want things done. We're not just gonna be an unserious team,' which they've been for, let's be honest, most of the last several years." 🎙️ @WindhorstESPN on the Hornets' approach and the Miller extension: "That organization, GM Jeff Peterson and their owners Rick Schnall and Gabe Plotkin, have been very thoughtful and deliberate in their choices since they took over, and they've been okay with making incremental gains. [...] They structured that deal in an interesting way where they actually gave Brandon Miller the max this season and then they're moving the salary downward. Actions over words. It's an indication they plan to potentially be active with their cap space going forward." Full 14-minute segment on the Hoop Collective podcast: youtu.be/BSgl3NzGNI4?t=1249s

Barack Obama decided to hit Pete Hegseth with the elbow from the top rope. Absolutely brutal takedown.

🎙️ Charles Lee on preseason lineups: "These are the cards you're dealt right now with some of the injuries, and trying to be mindful of how we're building up certain guys." "There's gonna be moments where you don't want to push the envelope on somebody because they're probably not ready for those extra minutes, or whether it was a long stint. We're just trying to be mindful as we continue to work through the preseason. Some of it is experimenting, but some of it is also just these are the healthy bodies we have, and we gotta find a way to rotate them throughout the game."

You can’t say Denzel Washington, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hanks, or Robert De Niro. Who’s the greatest actor of all time?

Liam McNeely deadass a 4year/$80million type player entering year 2 but he barely plays 😭😭😭

The Nate Sheppard contact balance is absurd...

The way the FO is moving I wouldn’t be surprised if we’re tanking after the allstar break.. they got some kind of plan that seems like it’s gonna take years to pay off
