@EBSCO So many good memories, but 1 of my fav: writing & getting a grant for FOSS kits for @CentralhatcheeE We made boxes for EVERY class & got a chrysalis for EACH child. We watched these transform to butterflies and released them on the playground 2gether. #MyLibraryJourney
Students earn badges and learn how organization works in the library media center. And, yes... They want like to see their badges on display and want to take copies home to show parents.
More students are earning badges -- 1 to display and 1 to take home. They already have great work ethics! Badges include ShelfStar, FixedIt, InventoryScanner...
Imagine if you will. The year is STILL 2020 and no one can Google to see why Google isn't working. @sabrinajolee #googledown

ON THIS DATE IN 1997: A surprise snow event unfolded as a deep, cold core upper low moved into Mississippi. Dynamic cooling was responsible for changing rain to snow, and it continued into West Alabama. What was expected to be a rain event brought 4 to 8 inches of heavy, wet snow

Let's keep pestering your iPhone friends! Did you know you can add an emoji in a text message to an iPhone user, hold down the send arrow and then tap screen? This will litter the emoji all over their iPhone screen. Hat Tip @NewhouseOn And yes. Mom is laughing at my Shenanigans!
#COVID19 has changed —and is changing — how we do everything. Work. Business. Education. Social. Church. Add money to that list. Who wants to handle bills and coins to pay for things?

Just my thoughts... #Covid_19 will prompt changes to education around the world. I think there should be digital weeks built into School calendars that could be flexible so students could learn off campus during flu or Covid season.
#COVID19 makes it clear that we need high speed Internet access across Georgia for families and education.
And businesses would need to build in flex time for parent employees so they could manage home learning time. Digital days would allow time for distancing and disinfecting to stop this from happening again. Hope they will find a vaccine or cure for #COVID19
