Check out our cover of @lorde's banger Green Light - because within every brass muso beats the heart of a pop diva. youtu.be/v6hnh11pHIA

Congrats to @lorde on Green Light hitting number 6 in the @triplej #hottest100. Song still sounds good on a sousaphone. m.youtube.com/watch?v=v6hnh1…

Today's theme song for this Canberran in Wellington: a great kiwi-CBR mash-up from @brassknucklebb bkbb.bandcamp.com/

Brass Knuckle Brass Band

A sweaty late-night party for anyone who knows a sousaphone is always tougher than a bass guitar. Think whiskey dripping from trombone spit-valves; think drummers with callouses on their callouses....

@KristenAndRod Hey! We're a Canberra band with a brand new cover of @lorde's Green Light. Thought you might dig it. youtube.com/watch?v=v6hnh11p…
We made some noise and moving pictures. Here's a little taste test of a cover that we'll be releasing pretty soon.

Good medicine for anyone else waking up bleary-eyed after a big gig. Best with nice headphones and a mild hangover. xitter.cf/deaddjjoke666/status/8…

It's kinda fucked that musicians eat sandwiches by placing them inside trombones and honking them into each other's mouths
