I would consider the daily mile as exercise. It is planned and structured with specific goals. I wouldn’t promote the daily mile, as for many, it lacks enjoyment and therefore could have a negative impact, especially on those children who are least active in the first place.
Completely agree- this is why we integrated 2 co-design sessions to draw on the voices of the 300 delegates using experience-based co-design to develop a brief to policy makers on what WSPA needs to progress. We need to lobby with a shared voices and co-designed agendas.
