TL;DR about @signalapp backup: Full iOS backups are not possible, you'll lose all your messages if you lose your phone.

I would recommend you SKiDL (devbisme.github.io/skidl/) or atopile (atopile.io/) if you need to parametrise those amounts of components and connections, nice prototype anyway! ;)

ESP32-S3-based portable wireless air quality sensor with an e-paper touchscreen display.

It features three sensors for CO2, temperature, relative humidity, air pollutants (VOC, NOx), and atmospheric pressure. It lacks a PM2.5 sensor, but it can be added through the GPIO header.
Data can be visualized on the display, transmitted via BLE or MQTT (e.g. for Home Assistant integration), and the company also offers a web-based dashboard. #smarthome
It's cool that you can easily connect it to a robot, but for an actual portable device, a Canary is unmatched. canary.earth

I'm genuinely worried about Github Actions supply chain attacks. Turns out version pinning doesn't really work the way it might seem, which seems like a fatal flaw in the core design. You basically shouldn't use third party actions at all. paloaltonetworks.com/blog/cl…

For those saying “performance might sell, but it’s expensive to deliver”—no it isn’t. Software developers today put *extra effort* into the hundreds of unnecessary layers in their code. They are paying *more* for *slower* software.
Straightforward code, written with basic knowledge of the computer, with 0 actual “optimization” is lightning fast compared to most code today.
