RE developers take note: the @CityOfBoston has released a Request for Qualifications for Off-Site Renewable Electricity Supply. The RFQ does not specify a particular type of generating resource (wind/solar/hydro/etc.) but does require that it be a 0-emissions MA Class I resource.
