We can no longer afford the dead weight of a 40% underclass permanently wedded to the state. 5. We have to become again an enterprise nation and lose the bureaucratic millstone. 6. Our nation rebuilding must start with a purge of the Marxist Maori Mafia that have seized control of the education sector. 7. Central Govt must take control of the bloated & corrupt local government sector by the scruff of the neck. 8. We must legislatively limited the extent to which the political class can tax and spend. 9. Radical new methods using technology must be developed to allow public oversight of spending and accountability for tax taken. 10.
