Suzanne Lentzsch @SLentzsch @columbiacancer discussed novel approaches and therapies for the treatment of #amyloidosis. A dFLC <10mg/L is associated with the best outcomes, SoC therapy is Dara-VCd for all patients, and venetoclax for patients with t(11;14). Future directions may include BCMA-directed ADCs, BiTEs, and CAR T.
