Data centers look like real estate, but returns don’t come from buildings. They come from converting power into active racks and keeping them fully utilized. When utilization is low, the asset sits idle; when power and density are optimized, the same facility earns far more. #datacenters

Happiness isn’t always found in big moments. It’s in the little joys- brewing tea, a good sunset, a text from a friend, the next episode of your favorite show. Be excited about life. Even the small stuff. Especially the small stuff.

Just went through the concall of the big daddy of the crane rental industry, 'Sanghvi Movers' and it is evident that the entire industry is growing rapidly. It gave a subtle guidance of 50% topline growth for FY25 with almost 10x more opportunity for the EPC business which has better return ratios, asset light with working capital of less than 30 days! The stock tanked post results mainly due to increase in MD's commission from 1.5% to 3.5% of PAT, but this was only fair as they haven't taken any hike since past 4 years. Here's the summary 👇🏼
