Here’s the funny part. @IndiGo6E says that they haven’t charged anything and @bookingcom says that they charged it but on the behalf of the airline. The customer is the only beneficiary here.

Not the one who complains online, but I don't know how @bookingcom works. Been duped by them twice. Once when they charged me after themselves informing me that the flight was cancelled and I can get a full refund. Second, when they sold me an @IndiGo6E Upfront ticket with a promise of free change, yet they charged me.

I now understand what @noahrshinn meant when he said Instinct could simply make my agent talk to the CS Agent and conclude the issue, rather than humans going back and forth like this (all in the name of protocols).

The commonality is that everytime Customer Service will tell me that there's an issue with the airlines and raise a dispute with them. They simply shrug off responsibility.
