Have been going to JC for a couple of months now. Never had a problem. Today, he sent me home like this. Besides the issue of a chunk of my hair missing, he said NOTHING to me. He took payment, dapped me up and let me walk out completely unaware that he took a chunk of out my hair. Mistakes happen, sure. But to not say anything and let me discover on my own, after a $70 haircut is absurd, disrespectful and just down right unprofessional. Be mindful of where you spend your money.
