boxd in 60 seconds
a whole linux machine that boots in under 10ms
composable: set it up once with your tools and data, then spin up as many as you need
fork it mid run, let it hibernate, wake it on traffic, share it with your team
one line to install: curl -fsSL boxd.sh/downloads/install.sh | sh

Introducing CI runners on boxd
On boxd, the whole machine is used as cache. Every push and PR starts from a snapshot of main's last green run, with the repo, dependencies, build caches and Docker layers already in place.
A lot of you asked for it. Guide below:

omnara now runs on boxd
@omnaraai is the open-source alternative to claude managed agents, and boxd is now one of its machine pools. every agent gets its own linux machine that sleeps between turns, then wakes on the next message with its memory and processes where it left them.

Stop paying for cpu and memory you're not using
boxd machines sleep when you don't need them and wake up in milliseconds, exactly where you left off.
Two states are important:
- Hibernation: memory saved to disk, wake up in a few hundred milliseconds
- Standby: memory stays in ram, wake up in a few milliseconds
We believe this is needed for a future with billions of machines that sleep when not being used.
