Hello crippling panic attack out of nowhere.

At my buddy’s gym in NH. No one here because everyone is in Boston at the New England Championships. 6 members from here competing today. Would have liked to go as a friend from Vermont is also competing. But we got Have Heart again. Straight Edge will always be priority 1.

How did I get a blue check mark? I did not pay or ask for this.

Been really enjoying the heavier lower rep training. Volume is way up to make sure more effective reps are being accumulated. (4 sets of 4 at 0RIR is 16 effective reps as opposed to top set/back off set 8-10/10-12 at 0RIR being 10ish effective reps)

Just finished East of Eden. I won’t be speaking for several days.
