1. Hire a President of Hockey Operations. A glorified senior executive consultant to put the structure of a successful club in place. The foundation is 🔑 . Build out a cabinet of winners and ex players with pedigrees with an array of views points yet share the common goal to turn the ship around. Different opinions = challenges thought and pushes for excellence.
2. Hypothetically say that’s Kenneth Holland at the helm, have him hire a General Manager with a god dam grip.
3. Have the President and GM elect the best available coach on the market that best suits this movement. You’ll know when you got your guy thru the interview process.
President -GM- Coach. In that order. Cut out the excess bullshit. Eliminate distractions and start over with your brand.
