Stuart’s first time conducting Wagner was an absolute triumph. Wagner does seem to come across better in concert stagings. Well deserved standing ovation @ScottishOpera

What a night! Bravo to our incredible soloist @EthanDavidLoch for a stunning performance of Beethoven's Piano Concerto No1 👏
A very funny Don Pasquale to open the @ScottishOpera season.with some excellent young singers.what great careers they have ahead of them. Especially excited by Filipe Manu as Ernesto.what a voice he has
Outstanding, breathtaking start to the new @RSNO season. Rapturous applause at the end of Mahler 2 at a sold out royal concert hall
Minimalist production #rboonegin @rbo_org allows for greater characterisation . Lensky & Olga are more involved than normal. Enjoyed that more than I thought I would
Some great production next season @ScottishOpera looking forward to seeing The Makropulos Affair conducted by Martyn Brabbins. & a new production of the Merry Widow.
Does swan lake get any better than this. Vadim & Marianela so in sync with each other. Giving a spellbinding performance. #rohswanlake
Strong night for the singers Aigul really lives and breathes Carmen. And this brought out a great performance from Piotr as Don Jose & Olga was a great Micaela #rohcarmen @RoyalOperaHouse
Production
A lot of it i liked, dont know if thats just down to Aigul. Be interesting to see what the cast are like. Definitely haals a strong vibe with his Cav/pag Production which i liked a lot. Dont think Don Jose's mother added a lot #rohcarmen
A special performance of Verdi requiem tonight Soloists were amazing. Orchestra on fire. But the chorus were the stars of the show @BBCSSO
Such a genius idea to have extended scenes in a concert performance. Had all of act 3 of Faust. Great singing from all involved @RWoodBaritone Alok Kumar . Catriona Morison, Alexandra Lowe @ScottishOpera #frenchcollection
Wonderful Rachmaninov 2nd piano concerto tonight. Beautifully played by Boris Giltburg. Huge ovation at the end @BBCSSO
A fantastic performance of Marx in London! @ScottishOpera . A laugh out loud production by Stephen Barlow. & wonderful score by Jonathan Dove. Evening just wizzed by.
Very much an ensamble piece. Not a weak link in the cast. But @RWoodBaritone @Bigpinkbutton were stand outs for me.
