We've bust another record: 32,108 books given away so far this year to local schools and community groups and to prisons. Books spread happiness :-)

Liverpool's Spellow Lane library torched last night. What could be more 'patriotic' than destroying a centre which serves the local community?
Update: because our Team BB prison team never stops, we have now given over 12,000 books to 107 prisons this year, making a total of 22,722 given away across the whole Borderline Books project this year.

We've broken the 20K barrier today after HMP Foston Hall came & collected more than 200 books for the women in their care. If we're over 20K now and did 30K in the whole of 2023, how many books will we have given away by the end of this year? Approx half will have gone to prisons

One of her eggs has hatched! Maybe the other tomorrow, who knows . Very happy to see this. Makes me laugh - no bed time stories. When it's time for the baby to sleep, just sit on it 🤣🤣

Starting in the Summer holidays Arabic Storytime Mondays @ 4, English Thursdays @ 4, Spanish Saturdays @ 4. Chinese already running on Fridays @ 4. What will we do on Wednesdays?
