i'm begging you:
- sell joint supplements to men who just turned 40
- target them on youtube not facebook
- $4-6 CPMs. half the price of facebook. a tenth of tiktok
- he watches one video and buys. no second tab. no temu. no comparison
- sell the 90-day supply as default. pre-select it in the URL
- add a subscribe checkbox. his knee won't heal. the pain is the retention
- return rate: under 3%. men over 40 don't return anything
- sell the same supplement in germany. highest supplement spend per capita in europe
- stop answering emails that could wait until tomorrow
- take a wednesday off because you can
- sit somewhere quiet and feel nothing but bored. bored means nothing is on fire
here's exactly how to do the first eight:
1. FIND THE PRODUCT (ONE EVENING)
- go to amazon. search "joint supplement men." filter to best sellers with 3.5-4.0 stars
- the 3.5 star products have massive demand and massive complaints. "tastes terrible." "pills are too big." "took 3 months to feel anything"
- your headline: "tasteless powder. mixes in coffee. feel the difference in 14 days." every word came from their 1-star reviews
- find the same formula on aliexpress. $3-5 COGS. sell for $49-69
2. TARGET ON YOUTUBE (NOT FACEBOOK)
- google ads > youtube campaigns > target men 40-55 watching health/fitness content
- the buyer is already watching a video about his knee pain. your ad appears before the video. the context does the selling
- youtube CPMs for men 40-55 health: $4-6. facebook CPMs for the same demographic: $12-15
- one honest review-style video ad with one negative ("the taste isn't great but it works") converts this demographic 3x higher than polished content. the negative builds trust
3. THE 90-DAY DEFAULT TRICK (30 SECONDS)
- list 3 variants: 30-day, 60-day, 90-day supply
- reorder variants so 90-day is first. the first variant is the default. 60-80% keep the default
- add ?variant=90DAYID to every ad URL. the buyer lands with the most expensive option already selected
- AOV jumps from $49 to $119 from one URL parameter. he doesn't switch to the 30-day. men over 40 don't optimize small purchases. they keep the default
4. THE SUBSCRIBE TRICK (10 SECONDS)
- add "subscribe and save 15%" checkbox. pre-select it
- 35% keep the default. the knee doesn't heal. the pain comes back without the supplement
- canceling means the pain returns and he has to admit he needs it again in 30 days
- LTV: $49/month x 8-14 months = $392-686 per customer from one $4-6 youtube ad
5. GO INTERNATIONAL (ONE AFTERNOON)
- translate page into german. launch germany. highest supplement spend per capita in europe. $4 CPMs. enable SEPA
- translate into spanish. launch mexico. $3.92 CPMs. enable OXXO
- men in germany have the same knee pain as men in ohio. the supplement market is universal. the language barrier isn't
the last three never needed a guide
sitting somewhere quiet and feeling bored happens when 400 men with bad knees subscribe monthly and the supplement ships itself. Print $35K/mo
[ full system is in a 36-page playbook. comment "KNEE" and I'll send it. must be following ]

Please save this if you're a student looking for internship or a graduate looking for a job.
If you're an African looking for a job on LinkedIn, please stop leaving your career to the algorithm.
200 connections are not enough.
And posting every day won't magically get you a job.
Here's what many LinkedIn coaches won't tell you:
Your network matters as much as your content.
Who are the people in your network?
Are they recruiters?
Hiring managers?
People working in your target industry?
People who can refer you when an opportunity comes up?
You need to understand the demographics of your network.
Having 200 connections is one thing. Having 2,000 connections who work in your target industry is another.
The goal isn't just to grow your numbers. It's to build a network that gives you access to opportunities.
Yes, keep posting. Build your personal brand. Share your knowledge.
But don't stop there.
Connect with the right people. Engage with them. Build genuine relationships. Let people know what you do.
Stop leaving your career to the algorithm. Build a network that can open doors for you.

You can literally take any TikTok that got 4 million views, make the 12 minute version of it for YouTube, and get paid many times over for an idea somebody else already proved...
TikTok pays pennies per 1,000 views on short clips. A long YouTube video aimed at adults pays roughly $10-30 per 1,000
So 4 million people told a TikToker they care about a topic & he got lunch money for it
Take the same topic to YouTube, do it properly at 12 minutes, and 200k views at $20 is about $4,000. For an idea you didn't have to guess
TikTok is a free focus group. YouTube is where the invoice gets paid
How to run it:
1. Scroll TikTok for 30 minutes. Screenshot every video over 500k views on a topic with depth behind it. Money, history, health, scams, how something works
2. Take the TOPIC & leave the clip alone. Reposting his video gets you a strike. The subject is free
3. Read the comments. The questions people ask under a 60 second video are the sections of your 12 minute one
4. Search the topic on YouTube. If the long version doesn't exist or it's from 2019, go
5. Script it as a story. What everyone believes, what's actually going on, what it costs you
6. Title it the way the TikTok hooked. That line already beat a million other videos
Why almost nobody does this: the TikTok crowd thinks YouTube is too much work & the YouTube crowd thinks TikTok is for kids. They never look at each other's homework
You don't need to be clever or original. 4 million strangers already voted on the idea
(we build & run YouTube channels at Viral Bangers for businesses that already sell something. we find the proven ideas, write the scripts, edit, title & thumbnail every video, 10 in 90 days. DM me PLAN & i'll show you how we'd run yours)

Step 1: Go to Google Maps and search for businesses like plumbers, cleaning companies, salons, and real estate agencies in the US (highly recommended) or your area.
Step 2: Find a business that misses customer calls or doesn’t offer an easy way to book appointments after hours.
Step 3: Open Retell AI and create an AI phone receptionist. Add the business’s services, opening hours, prices, and frequently asked questions.
retellai.com/
Step 4: Connect the AI to the business phone number and booking calendar. It answers calls, books appointments, and alerts the owner about emergencies.
Step 5: Test the AI by calling it yourself. Make sure it answers questions correctly and transfers urgent calls to a real person.
Step 6: Record a short demo showing how the AI answers customer calls. Send it to the business owner and offer to set it up.
Step 7: Charge $5OO for setup and $2OO per month to maintain the AI receptionist.
Now imagine getting just 5 clients.
That’s $25OO in setup fees and $1OOO in potential monthly revenue before expenses.
These are example prices, and you’ll need paying customers to earn that money.
Not always easy but you got to do it.
Once everything is set up, the AI can answer customer calls 24/7.
You don’t even need to stay awake from 1 AM to 5 AM.
You just need a laptop, an internet connection, and your first paying client.
Hope this helps you??

Can you stay awake from 1 AM to 5 AM?

This is my most profitable hook ever.
The first 30 seconds of a YouTube script determine whether someone watches for 40 minutes or clicks away in 8 seconds. I've tested 10s of hook structures across channels in military history, romance, true crime, and historical empire niches.
One format consistently produces the highest retention through the first 2 minutes, which is the window where YouTube decides whether to distribute the video or bury the video.
Here's the template, the breakdown of why every element works, and how to build the hook yourself.
The template:
"On [specific date], [specific person with a single defining detail] [dramatic action verb] [specific location with atmosphere]. [their target/opponent] was [vulnerable/unprepared/unaware]. [person] expected [obvious outcome]. What [they] [encountered/walked into/discovered] instead [changed/rewrote/shattered] [larger consequence]."
Real example (from a 1.2M-view military history video):
"On january 17th, 1781, a British officer named Banastre Tarleton rode toward a small cattle grazing field in upstate South Carolina with over 1,000 of the best-trained soldiers in the British army. His target was a ragged force of American troops, half of them untrained militia, who had a reputation for running at the first sight of a bayonet charge. Tarleton expected an easy victory. What he rode into instead was one of the most perfectly executed tactical traps in the history of warfare."
Why every element works:
1. The specific date.
"On january 17th, 1781" does something to the viewer's brain 9 out of 10 creators never account for. A specific date activates documentary-mode. The viewer's subconscious registers: this happened. This is real. This is worth my time.
Compare to: "a long time ago, a British officer..." The vague opener reads like fiction. The viewer's trust drops. The retention suffers.
The date costs you 5 words and buys you credibility for the next 40 minutes.
1. The person with a defining detail.
"A British officer named Banastre Tarleton" is a name. Names create characters. Characters create emotional investment. But the name alone leaves the hook short.
The DEFINING DETAIL is what locks the viewer in: "with over 1,000 of the best-trained soldiers in the British army." Tarleton becomes a person with POWER rather than a name on a page. The viewer instantly understands the scale of the threat and forms an opinion about the character.
One detail per character carries the load. A second detail in the hook slows the pacing. Save additional characterization for the body of the script.
1. The vulnerable target.
"His target was a ragged force of American troops, half of them untrained militia, who had a reputation for running."
This sentence does the most important psychological work in the entire hook: establishing the underdog. The viewer now has someone to ROOT FOR. The ragged, untrained, historically-unreliable militia are the sympathetic underdogs against Tarleton's 1,000 elite soldiers.
The power imbalance tells the viewer who to root for without a single line of instruction. Once the viewer picks a side, they're emotionally committed to watching the outcome.
1. The expected outcome.
"Tarleton expected an easy victory."
One line, and the line does two things:
*First*, the line confirms the obvious prediction. The viewer thinks "yeah, 1,000 elite soldiers vs ragged militia, of course the British should win." The viewer and the character share the same expectation.
*Second*, the line BEGS to be subverted. The viewer already knows from the title (and from the genre conventions of YouTube storytelling) the expectation is wrong. The viewer is now watching specifically to see HOW the expectation breaks. The anticipation is addictive.
1. The payoff tease.
"What he rode into instead was one of the most perfectly executed tactical traps in the history of warfare."
This is the open loop. The viewer walks away knowing the trap exists, the trap worked, and the trap is historically significant. And three things stay hidden: what the trap looked like, how the trap was designed, and why the trap succeeded.
The gap between "knowing the trap exists" and "understanding how the trap worked" is exactly enough curiosity to hold the viewer through the next 19 minutes.
How to build the hook for any niche:
Military history: "on [date], [commander] [marched/rode/sailed] toward [location] with [impressive force size]. [their opponent] had [disadvantage]. [commander] expected [easy outcome]. What [happened/followed] instead became [legacy claim]."
Romance: "[character] had [time period] to [escape/survive/endure] before [consequence]. On the night of [event], [unexpected character] [dramatic action], and [everything/the plan/the arrangement] [broke/collapsed/changed]."
True crime: "on [date], [victim/detective/investigator] [discovered/noticed/received] [specific detail] in [location]. [the detail] was [seemingly innocent/unremarkable]. [time period] later, [the detail] would [lead to/expose/unravel] [shocking outcome]."
The retention numbers:
A hook holding 85%+ of viewers through the first 30 seconds signals to YouTube the content is engaging enough for distribution. If retention drops below 70% in the first 30 seconds, the algorithm deprioritizes the video regardless of how good the remaining 39 minutes are.
The hook is the gatekeeper for everything else. A perfect middle section and a perfect ending count for nothing if the hook leaks 40% of viewers before the story even starts.
The template above is engineered to hit 85%+ first-30-second retention by stacking specificity (date, name, location), emotional investment (underdog vs power), and a calibrated open loop (trap exists, mechanism unknown).
I go deeper on hook construction and retention mechanics inside elevate(.)uno, including niche-specific templates for every major AI story format.

Screenshot and send it to Claude, and ask it to identify the patterns that stand out in each.
Next is skills.
Install the following skills into your claude code

The last one is a personal fork of the popular /apple-design skill.
That's how you build websites that look like this:

This is what someone spent on Lithuania study process
This is from
📍 Admission
📍 Logistics
📍 Document legalization
📍 Transportation and
📍 Visa
All inclusive
The person spend 7.2M Naira for the whole process.
This should serve as a guide to anyone interested in Lithuania process.
Total cost of my expenses for my Lithuanian study visa .
I applied to VMU and paid 150 euros(266k) application fee
Upon admission I paid 3400 euros for tuition fee (5.745million) for my Bsc program
I proceeded to do my police character which cost me 40k
Legislation at foreign affairs in Abuja was 2k
Sent via DHL to Lithuania 130k(I paid 65k cause it was splitted)
Legislation in Lithuania 80 euros ( 128k)
Sending back the PCC to Nigeria cost 130 ( I paid 65k)
Then going to Ghana for submission.
I took a bus from ajah to Ghana I paid 105k naira because I paid physically at the branch. if you pay online it's 100k.
Depending on the load you choose to carry anything above 10kg u will be charged extra.I wasn't charged because my load was small just few clothes and my file. My date for submission was on a Monday and I left for Ghana on Saturday morning I joined the bus for 4:30am
On getting to Ghana I ordered bolt that took me to the guest room I stayed in (the bolt driver was the one that recommended it because I told him my budget)
Here Is my list of spendings on my Ghana trip to the vfs centre:
1) Bus to Ghana 105k (GUO)
2) hotel = 150 cedis per day which was 18,300 naira. I stayed for 2 days and paid 36,600 naira (the exchange rate then was 122 cedis to 1 naira)
3) Ghanaian SIM plus data which I got at the Ghanaian border 90 cedis(10,980 naira)
4) bolt fee 200 cedis (24,400 naira). (this is for picking me up from the park when I arrived, taking me to get food and also picking me down to the vfs centre on the date of my submission and dropping me off at the guo terminal in Ghana to take the night bus back
5) vfs plus state fee 2724 cedis(332,328k naira ) this would be collected in cash (cedis)at the vfs centre
6) I spent roughly 200 cedis( 24,400 naira) or more on food while I was there for the duration of Saturday Sunday and Monday.
My submission time was 9:20am and immediately I was done which took 30 minutes I left to the guo terminal to follow the night bus back to Nigeria.
All the original docs submitted will be given back to you after the vfs officials scans them.
7) I paid 900 cedis(109,800 naira ) to guo for transportation back to Nigeria
7) I changed my naira to cedis at the Togolese border I bought 3500 cedis at the rate of 122 to naira.
Depending on the day you choose to go and the type of accommodation you choose to stay in Ghana.
The naira is unstable at the moment so please ,confirm the exchange rate beforehand.
And it would be best to either change Ur naira to cedis either at the Togolese border because they offered better rate .
Plus calculate Ur own wella before going because food isn't really cheap in Ghana.
On my Ghana journey :Going back to pick up my TRP I spent the same amount as above without the vfs fee and SIM fee as the SIM I got while I went for submission was still active
So in all I spent a total of plus miscellaneous was 7.250000(7 million 250 thousand naira )
