Our amazing head chef, Lou, has been here for 4 years today. She's obviously amazing in the kitchen, she runs The Bookstore, manages the team, caters events - spends hours on wedding cakes + forgets to take photos of them. We're v lucky to have you Lou, happy anniversary queen👑
