A related publication in Artificial Life explores financial markets as self-organizing ecosystems using multi-agent reinforcement learning. Agents with heterogeneous preferences adaptively form specialized roles and generate realistic market dynamics. 📈

Our research published in Artificial Life explores LLM agents within the El Farol Bar problem. By introducing embodiment and communication we demonstrated the spontaneous emergence of social coordination and collective intelligence. 🍻

Our recent paper in Collective Intelligence demonstrates how cloned AI agents optimized solely for individual chemotaxis spontaneously differentiate their behaviors. Mutual interactions drive emergent individuality and reshape population dynamics. 🐜

Our new paper is out in Artificial Life! 🍻
What happens when LLM agents can talk, move, and gather at a bar?

LLMs don’t just generate text. They can simulate societies.
At Simulacra, we are building LLM-based social simulations.
Our work “From Heard to Lived Opinions” is accepted to #ACL2026 (Findings)
Huge congrats to the team at Simulacra🎉🎉
