Sanctions relief will continue. I think the diesel deal and the move regarding the Lindsey Graham Act are not the end of it. Unfortunately. It’s unfortunate because we all had great respect for Lindsey. He devoted his life to America. We had an excellent relationship with him. And shortly before the tragedy, Lindsey was in Ukraine. He always supported us very strongly and pushed for as much assistance to Ukraine as possible. It’s difficult without him, I’ll be honest. I want to thank both Democrats and Republicans who supported his bill. That was a major victory: this truly bipartisan support. And now, the decision to undo all of this, to block all of it, seems wrong to me. And it definitely helps only the Russians. It only fuels their satisfaction and their desire to keep killing people. This certainly does not stop the war. From answers to journalists’ questions. (1/3)

I am grateful for your support for Ukraine. Thank you. We’ve been through a lot together – during these years of full-scale war. None of us wanted this war, absolutely none of us. But it is us who have to deal with its brutality and all the instability it has caused. Unity in defense is always built by many standing together. Without a determined European Union capable of making strong decisions Putin would have gone much further by now. The European Union has not fallen apart. It has not backed down or given in to fear when it came to defending the European way of life. And that mattered just as much as the courage of Ukrainians. An important study that deserves to be shared as widely as possible within the English-speaking world. Last night, our friends at the *Militarnyi* portal published an English-language article containing a technical analysis of the onboard computer from a Russian jet-powered drone—the "Geran-4." Of the 105 components identified, 80 come from American companies; Texas Instruments alone (including components from National Semiconductor, which was acquired by TI in 2011) accounts for 58.1% of the total. In short: this points to a systemic reliance on Western electronics in this Russian attack drone. For this reason, we have created a separate English-language "quote tweet" with commentary, in which we have tagged @TXInstruments directly. We would appreciate it if you could share this post. 😉 Please tag journalists, American politicians, experts, and organizations involved in sanctions and export controls in the comments. Our experience in disseminating such investigations shows that it is crucial to bring these findings to light beyond the Ukrainian "information bubble." They need to be seen by the manufacturers themselves, as well as by journalists, analysts, sanctions experts, American policymakers, and export control specialists. Regardless of the current policy of the White House, the United States is much more than just a single administration or a single president. They include Congress, the media, industry experts, manufacturers, and government institutions—all of whom can raise the question of how American electronics end up in Russian attack drones on such a large scale. Therefore, such revelations must continue. @informnapalm xitter.cf/InformNapalm/status/21…
Russia calls this “domestic production.” Yet in the Geran-4 flight controller examined by Ukrainian specialists, no Russian-made electronics were found at all. Of 105 identified components, 80 came from 🇺🇸 U.S. companies — with @TXInstruments, including components from National Semiconductor acquired by TI in 2011, accounting for 58.1%. #Russia #US #ExportControls

I am grateful to all of you who are trying to keep Europe and the United States together. There are so many people with good hearts in America who sincerely want evil to lose and Ukraine to stand strong. These are the very hearts that helped Europe defend its freedom, and that fought on D-Day, won the Cold War, and want what is best for Europe. Hearts that want to be allies, not to divide or humiliate Europe. I believe most Americans still feel this way. And at the end of the day, the American people will have their say. Putin will listen to America if America really turns up the heat on him and makes one thing clear – either he chooses peace, or he gets no more money for his war. A Ban on Self-Defense Imagine buying a Lenovo computer, a Bosch appliance, a Toyota, or simply paying for a Netflix subscription. You pay for it, use it, and stick to the terms of the agreement. Then one day, it suddenly stops working. You call customer support, and they tell you: “There’s nothing wrong with your device. The company owner has simply decided you shouldn’t be allowed to use it today. He has his own views on things.” Sounds absurd? Of course. That’s why we have laws, contracts, consumer rights, and corporate accountability. Even when a company has the right to restrict a service, that right should be clearly stated in the agreement, and there should be a legitimate reason for exercising it. But apparently, Starlink operates under different rules. Elon Musk controls one of the world’s most important satellite communication systems. He has the technical ability to restrict its operation remotely. And right now, people’s lives depend on that connection, including Ukrainian soldiers and civilians. On October 14, 2026, Reuters reported new restrictions on satellite communications for Ukrainian forces. These restrictions disrupted drone operations and forced the cancellation of some combat missions. Put simply, operations to destroy russian missile launchers were disrupted. Those same launchers remained intact, continued firing at Ukrainian cities, and killed more civilians, including women and children. And unfortunately, this has happened before. In 2022, during Ukraine’s counteroffensive in the Kherson region, Starlink connections went down. Reuters later published an investigation reporting that Musk had personally ordered coverage restrictions in areas where Ukrainian forces were advancing. That same year, he refused to activate Starlink coverage near Crimea for a Ukrainian naval drone operation against the russian fleet. In 2023, SpaceX executives openly acknowledged that the company had restricted Ukraine’s ability to use Starlink to control drones. Somehow, we’ve ended up in a world where a country under attack has to keep explaining why it has the right to defend itself. Where strikes against the aggressor’s territory spark more debate about escalation than the daily russian bombardment of Ukrainian cities. And now, a private businessman can influence that country’s ability to defend itself. All of this is happening while the world knows perfectly well who putin is and what his wars have cost. Chechnya. The Second Chechen War began in 1999 and claimed up to 25,000 lives, mostly civilians, according to human rights estimates. The exact number of children killed remains unknown. Georgia. In 2008, according to Georgian authorities, 228 civilians were killed. Children were among the victims. Ukraine. Since 2014, thousands of civilians have been killed. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion alone, the United Nations had confirmed more than 16,000 civilian deaths by mid-2026, including more than 800 children. The real numbers are almost certainly much higher. We could also talk about Syria, where russian military operations have caused thousands of civilian deaths, including children, according to independent monitoring organizations. And after all of this, we’re still discussing whether we should be afraid of making putin angry. Let me remind you that the International Criminal Court issued an arrest warrant for putin over alleged war crimes involving the unlawful deportation of Ukrainian children. That is why I call putin’s regime a terrorist regime. So, is Musk deliberately helping russia? Some of the Starlink restrictions have had consequences that benefited the russian military. I believe the public has every right to demand an investigation into whether those consequences were intentional. I’m not naive. I understand perfectly well that when you’re drowning, you often have to save yourself. Ukraine has been living with that reality since 2014.

I'm testing the Russian bots, because traffic from Yandex bots is currently close to zero (check Cloudflare Radar). That's because Ukraine has imposed a ban on them — by firepower. So I'm going to say the following things, which will most likely generate organic, authentic, human traffic, but without the bot traffic. Let's see: * russia is a criminal state; * russia is a terrorist state; * russia is ruled by a criminal regime; * Putin and the entire russian leadership, from 2014 and 2022 onwards, should find themselves inside the courtroom of The Hague Tribunal; * Ukraine is defending itself against all of russia's attacks, pressure from the Trump Administration, and shipments of sophisticated components from around the world, including Europe; * The Ukrainian people are, first and foremost, the ones whom we in Romania — and the Republic of Moldova as well (or especially) — should thank for keeping the russian Army at bay; * The European Union is the best thing that has happened to Romania since the Great Union of 1918; * The United States of America under Donald Trump has become nothing more than an empty shell of the values and principles it championed for decades; * Donald Trump is a convicted common criminal, now also suspected of pedophilia and other forms of sexual abuse against girls and women in connection with the Epstein files; * Elon Musk is an individual who has absolutely nothing to do with ethics or morality, not even remotely. Feel free to add other things that might attract the bots' attention, and let's see whether they're still operating or not.

Today, Russia expressed its thanks for the lifting of sanctions on diesel exports by dropping five glide bombs on residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia. As of now, sadly, twelve people have been confirmed killed, including three children. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Another fourteen people have been injured, and two of them are in critical condition – the doctors are fighting to save their lives. The status of twelve more people who may have been there is still being verified. All emergency services are at the scene, and search-and-rescue operations are underway. Overnight, thirteen of our regions came under attack. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and railway facilities have been damaged. Last night confirmed once again that in Russia, they take any easing of pressure to mean they can keep fighting, to mean they can keep dropping bombs on cities. Different signals are needed. Russia must understand that it needs to stop the war, and for that to happen, Russia must feel its losses. Right now, it is our long-range capabilities that are ensuring this. And we will respond to Russian strikes. I thank everyone who is helping.

Trois avaient UN AN. Oleksandr, Kyrylo, Serhiy.
