12/ More stress coming for borrowers? Federal student loan payments are currently scheduled to turn back on 60 days after June 30, unless the Supreme Court rules on Joe Biden’s student debt forgiveness plan before then. "The average student loan combined payment is $393 p/m".

Federal data hasn't reflected any annual declines in student loans, at least not yet. The entire federal portfolio is nearly $1.62T as of June 30 (per most recently-posted Ed Dept data) - which is $26B more than previous year.
