ICE Denver issued an immigration detainer for Eduardo Aular Guerrero a criminal alien from Venezuela to the Denver Co. Jail. He was arrested Sept. 8 for assault. Denver Co. did not honor the detainer and he is at large. If seen: ice.gov/tipline
