I've been told that shops aren't closing as some shopping centres insert a penalty clause stating the shop must be open 95% of the time or pay increased rent. Can anyone confirm if this is true? #Sydneylockdown

Just had to check it wasn't April. It isn't. It is Australian "democracy" where we get to vote every 4 years prior to the ruling elite doing what they want for 4 years.
