We sincerely apologize for the unexpected heavy rainfall, which required our team to make urgent changes to the event venue and arrangements, with everyone's safety as our utmost priority. We fully understand the time, effort and expectations of all fans, especially those who traveled to the venue and waited since early morning. We also recognize the disappointment and inconvenience this situation has caused. We sincerely apologize that the experience did not meet your expectations, and we genuinely appreciate all the feedback we have received. To ensure that all fans retain their original benefits, we would like to confirm that the existing entitlements for both customer groups — customers who made a purchase of THB 1,000 and customers who redeemed 99 M Points — will remain valid for the following rescheduled activities: 4 December 2026 | From 7:00 PM onwards Meet TEETEE–POR at the Grand Opening of THE HAPPINESS HEADQUARTERS Venue: M Grand Hall, G Floor, The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi 25 December 2026 | 7:30 PM Meet PROXIE at the Mini Concert Venue: M Grand Hall, The Mall Lifestore Bangkapi Details of customer entitlements are as follows: 1.     Customers who made a purchase of THB 1,000 will retain their original Fan Zone access, including their assigned queue numbers and positions. No additional purchase is required. 2.     Customers who redeemed 99 M Points will receive double the redeemed points back, totaling 198 M Points, while retaining their original event participation entitlement as stated above. The Mall Lifestore recognizes that every journey, every moment spent waiting, and every effort made by our fans truly matters.
