I built an automation with @ChatGPT Dot. Within a few days it wasn't working correctly. So, I told it to create a handoff prompt for Claude so it could take over the automation. ChatGPT Dot ghosted me and refused to answer. 😕

Everyone focuses on AI tools for creative projects, coding, or lead gen. How are you using AI for operations?

Looks like YouTube is launching video A/B testing. Thoughts? Apparently the YouTube community is split.

In our AI world, I see countless agencies dying. Most of those are selling “services”. But those selling “outcomes” are winning. Outcome selling has also been more profitable, but now more than ever. Outcome selling is now the only way.

General agencies selling “services” are dying right now because of AI. But agencies working in tech, that understand outcome selling and how to scale companies growth, are noticing so MUCH success right now. And it’s generally unsaturated since its a more sophisticated audience than SMMA. I love this space.
Man in the past ~4 weeks I've talked to like 3 or 4 creators in the tech space. Little 1-2 person businesses. Newsletter, podcast, the usual shit. Read by the VC, tech crowd. I've been doing this for like 15 years now. The numbers are nuts how much these people are pulling in and how its like no employees. I know this is a dead horse we're kicking here (is that the phrase), but these numbers are insane. Even small folks. Like small podcasts/newsletters/instagrams. The numbers, if you appeal to tech, are incredible. I don't think its going away btw. Like the ai boom, these company's have big ass budgets to spend. I think it'll just keep going. Any of you other nerds seeing this and have cool stories about this?

.@WARDOGS is the game a casual FPS player like myself has always wanted. Props to the team over there for all the hard work. Super pumped for the skill trees coming to the game shortly.

“Precision warfare” Such a great line. Must read for every founder.
I’ve spent millions testing every possible way to produce leads: • VSL • Webinar • DM funnel Here’s EXACTLY how to generate 40–50 qualified sales calls per day (that actually close):

Cracked strategy for GrokBot. Give one bot access to your entire Obsidian brain so it has full context over everything. All other bots report to that bot.

How to build a paid funnel that actually converts. (In only 60 days) 5-day messaging sprint on Meta 16-day funnel building sprint (copy, landers, etc) 39-day Meta ads intensive 1/3

This layers in the most important pieces of paid user acquisition, in the right order. Start with a messaging sprint on Meta first. That gives you high-converting copy, proven by data to convert your ICP. 2/3

Use the proven messaging to build your copy, landers, and ads. Then set up Meta ads and rapidly test new creative for 39 days. At the end of 60 days, you'll have seen more progress than most brands do in 12 months. 3/3

Averaged across all humanity, did we become more productive with AI or no?

The “gray man” watch. You can profile someone by their watch. But not if they wear a Casio F-91W. Here’s why. If a guy wears a Rolex, you know he has money. He’s either an entrepreneur, executive, or works in sales. There’s also a 50/50 chance he’s not a watch guy, he just knows Rolex’s are a status symbol. If a guy wears an Apple Watch, you know he loves tech. He mostly like has the most current iPhone and Mac as well. If a guy wears a Garmin, you know he’s into fitness. Most likely an endurance sport. If a guy wears a tactical watch, you know he shoots guns and is patriotic. He could possibly be conceal carrying right now (especially if he’s wearing his watch backwards). If a guy wears a random cheap watch, he’s not a watch guy at all. He just cares about checking the time. But since he has a watch, but isn’t a watch guy, you know he prefers to live offline, keep his phone in his pocket. BUT, if a guy wears a Casio F-91W, he’s hard to read. It’s the most popular, most sold watch in the world. Worn by countless celebrities. But it also only costs $30. Does he wear the watch because he knows the history of the F-91W? Does he wear it because Ryan Reynolds wears it? Is he a watch guy? Does he have money? It’s hard to tell. Or, did he just randomly choose the watch at Walmart. It instantly makes you hard to read. Is that important? That’s up to you.

This is the cheat code to successful ads. 👇 (It's not what you'd expect.) Know your customer. Far too many founders I hop on calls with, when asked about who their customers are, respond with "Well, it's a little complicated". Most are split between 3-5 different verticals/ICPs. And instead of going deep on one, they go shallow on all 3-5. Here's the thing. Most companies can technically serve most anyone. At Fitr Media, we run 60-day ad sprints to scale user acquisition for SaaS. Could a roofer benefit from our sprints? Sure, but I know SaaS so that's what we go deep on. The key to sticking with one vertical/ICP is to go deep. Learn their: → Habits → Buying triggers → Emotions → Struggles → Beliefs Dial in your positioning & messaging and marketing becomes 100x easier.
