Just because I follow you, does not mean I want a relationship. It means I think your post was interesting, intelligent or thought provoking. ANY DM will see you muted and blocked. You will be gone in 60 seconds.

IN BC 🇨🇦, if you are driving outside the Greater Vancouver or Greater Victoria area, you need snow tires. Trucks need to carry (and use) tire chains. If you refuse, you could forfeit your vehicle until April. Is this the same where you live?

No funds should be allocated to provinces in Canada that express intentions to separate from the country. Let's ensuring that taxpayer money is used responsibly and for causes that unite, rather than divide, our nation. c.org/4YrgjLbDFM

. @MarkJCarney will be the first one to admit he is not perfect (who is?) but I sleep confidently that Canada is in better hands than any other federal politician of any stripe anywhere in Canada in 2026. Keep up the good work, Sir.

Note to Americans: Can you even imagine a State Election being called, all of a sudden, to take place 31 days later? (NOT a typo: 31 DAYS). That is what is happening in BC 🇨🇦 right now. An election was announced 23SEPT for 24 OCT. This is TRUE Political Freedom at work.

BC Conservative Party Leader has resigned in less than 4 months after losing 30% of the elected MLAs to sit as independants or join CentreBC. Sick semper tyrannis

Why are so many 🇨🇦 conservatives all of a sudden becoming Chicken Little over the EU? The sky is NOT falling, Associate Membership has not even been defined, discussed or approved by the EU, and nothing has been offered to anybody. It will take months of consultation to be real.

Mark Carney at the EU: "We do not seek power to dominate others. On the contrary, we are pursuing resilience so no one, no one can control our open markets, impair our sovereignty, threaten our territorial integrity, or undermine our freedoms, our democracies, our rule of law."

Mark Carney on the EU: "We are looking for partnerships that are complementary, that reinforce our sovereignty. And that's what is on offer here. Nobody is going to tell us what language we speak, no one is going to dictate our culture, or with whom we can strike agreements."

🤣🤣🤣 PICTURE PERFECT!

From December 1814 (Treaty of Ghent) to January 2025 (POTUS47 takes office) we had been able to trust the USA as viable positve trustworthy mutal trading partners. 210 years of positive relations wiped out in 21 months. Better that we deal with somebody we can trust like the EU.

Former Canada Prime Minister Jean Chrétien: "I have message for American friends...never mistake our generosity for weakness. Never mistake our tolerance for lack of determination. And never, never mistake our kindness for softness...We bow to no one."

On September 11, 2001, the small town of Gander, Newfoundland, (POP 9,651) welcomed 38 diverted commercial airplanes and nearly 7,000 stranded passengers after the United States closed its airspace. Top US politicians have forgotten this spontaneous act of community kindness.

Drove to the closest Costco and Walmart on Saturday (9 hour return trip). Dropped $750 + Gas + Lunch along the way. Still saved 30% compared to local prices. The joys of living in a remote village.

Friends in California are shocked when I tell them I will not buy an EV. Then I ask them to show me an EV that will go 600Km (375 US Miles) on a single charge when the ambient temperature is -30C (-22F US) for 6 months. My gas buggy does that every winter. They stopped asking.

The Netherlands PM @RobJetten and French President @EmmanuelMacron move a total of 215 Tonnes (237 US Tons) of gold out of the USA to safer harbours. What do they know that the rest of us NEED to know? Which country will follow their lead next?
