After taking a moment to consider her offer, he finally nodded in agreement. "Okay, nice."
He took the seat on her right, finally allowing himself to relax after strolling around to clear his mind.
Since he genuinely enjoyed it, he always tried to dedicate himself to providing the best possible report on the artwork. However, when it came to clients who pressured him, the process became rather frustrating. That was exactly what had ruined his day.
"A little bit," he answered. His gaze settled on the familiar texture of the charcoal paper resting on her lap.
"Are you an artist?" he suddenly asked.

He looked her up and down. Noticing how she adjusted her shoulder bag and the laces of her shoes, which seemed to need fixing, he decided to let her take a seat first.
"It's fine, it's fine."
He let her sit down first.
Perhaps that could be a good conversation starter to keep the atmosphere from getting too awkward, he thought.
"Just got off work?" he asked politely, trying to dispel any bad impression she might have had of him. After all he was just an ordinary person who wanted to socialize.
These days, there were so many strangers who approached others with all sorts of ulterior motives. Or perhaps he was just overthinking things.

He fell silent for a moment, wondering if the woman in front of him was reluctant to let him sit on the same bench.
"I was planning to sit there too," he paused before continuing, "but perhaps you need some time alone. I wouldn't want to disturb you, miss."
As he watched her move to one side of the bench, he chuckled. "Thank you."
He sat down, relaxing his body and closing his eyes for a moment after the walk. A soft, drawn-out sigh escaped his lips. "Hhh... What a day."
His gaze shifted to the scenery before him. Lush green bushes dotted with flowers, with a few small insects and butterflies fluttering around them.
"Do you often come here?" he asked, tilting his head slightly before turning his attention back to the bushes.

"Oh my. Sure, have a seat."
He let her sit on the bench after learning that she'd gotten a blister. He reached into his pocket, hoping to find something that might help, but came up empty-handed.
"Um," he mumbled before continuing.
until blisters formed on her feet. As far as he knew, walking was one way to clear one's mind.
"Ah, a pharmacy..." Andreas cast his gaze around, trying to recall the nearest one he knew of. "I think you should get a ride there. It'll take quite a while if you keep walking."
His attention returned to the blister. "Perhaps you should change the tissue covering the grazed area, miss," he paused briefly. "I've often seen this happen to my mother too, whenever she goes on long walks..."
He looked at her for a moment. "To clear her mind."
