Update on Blue Signing's path in digital identity Digital identity and electronic validation processes are constantly evolving worldwide. In Chile, while there has been regulatory progress, there are still important steps to be taken. At Blue Signing, we have conducted the necessary legal and technical analysis to fully understand the current legal framework and the projections expected in this field. We are aware that, under the current regulations, progress is only possible through traditional certification schemes. However, in the medium term, the enactment of Law 21.719, scheduled for 2026, will open new possibilities in the areas of data protection and digital identity. For this reason, we have mapped out a clear and responsible path, considering the recommendations and conclusions from the legal research carried out: ✅ We will begin the formal accreditation process as a Certified Service Provider, in accordance with current regulations. ✅ We will develop technological solutions aligned with the existing legal framework, while keeping an eye on the changes expected from 2026 onwards. ✅ We will actively participate in initiatives and spaces that seek to contribute to the modernization of digital validation systems in the country. ✅ We will maintain a strong commitment to transparent information and education, as we understand that digital trust is built from the ground up.
