Absolutely outstanding performance from this fantastic group of girls this morning, only had 11 players available but still managed a 2-0 win away from home on an awful pitch in freezing cold conditions..🥶🥶

Last game of the season this evening for Alvechurch Girls U12s... a 1-1 draw away in a game that we should have won comfortably. But let's not forget the outstanding effort this fantastic group has put in over the duration of the season... It's been an absolute pleasure. ⛪️⚽️👏🏻 – at Birmingham, England

Our U13s player Oly is in a High Dependency Unit fighting a traumatic brain injury.
Some things are bigger than football & we're raising money to help Oly's family who need the support of our football community more than ever 👇

Massive thanks to halesowenvehiclesales.co.uk/ for sponsoring the Alvechurch u13 boys this season 🖤 💛
Could not be prouder than to be associated with, and help coach, these girls 💛 @AFC_Foundation_ – at Birmingham, England
Even though todays game ended in a defeat its the manner of defeat that matters as a coach
This group gave it their all, 6 wks ago it would have been a heavier defeat but a resilient 2nd half performance from this group made sure it wasn't.
Proud of you all girls.
