Quizá muchos no lo recuerden, pero Alejandro Davidovich Fokina ganó el mejor punto del año. En Wimbledon, frente a Felix Auger-Aliassime. Mírenlo porque no tiene ningún tipo de sentido.

Wow. What an incredible statement from Benjamin Netanyahu. This is clearly in response to Obama disgustingly lying about the Jewish people have “stolen land”

ELON MUSK: “It's going to be pretty wild that you can have a rocket car. The car has attitude control thrusters and main thrusters in the rear, so it can basically fly like a rocket. It could do rolls. It could do crazy gymnastics. Whatever you want, really. This is not necessarily a safety-optimized car, but it takes the fun meter to 11 out of 10. This will be an actual car that’s on the roads. I’m not sure it’s necessarily legal in all jurisdictions. The car can recharge its air tank, so it’s not like you need special propellant or anything like that. It literally is just going to pop itself up and be able to do these maneuvers whenever you’d like.”

Easily the coolest thing I’ve ever seen a car do!!! Now this is impressive! I gotta learn more about the actual practicality of it… how can this be on the road?!? @elonmusk @Tesla

Greatest moments in introvert history: 1. Someone cancels plans with you before you have to 2. Your Uber driver doesn't talk during a 30-minute ride 3. You get into an elevator and nobody else is in it 4. A meeting gets canceled and replaced with an email

We discovered a sophisticated recording device that was hidden inside one of our offices. We used our models to understand the device and where it had come from, identifying that a specific employee had planted it a few days earlier. We referred the matter to the FBI, and we’re grateful to the agents and prosecutors who moved quickly to make an arrest. The FBI’s investigation is ongoing and we will continue to support their work. At this time, we have no indications of this individual inappropriately accessing or exfiltrating model weights, source code, or customer data. The employee was terminated. We take protecting our technology, data, and people seriously, and as a matter of national importance. Our security program is designed to protect against a wide range of threat actors, from insider risks to cybercriminals to nation states, and this case is an example of how AI can help address these sophisticated security threats.

People don't understand how insanely high IQ Newton was. This is a man who had no background in math or algebra until he was ~20. In <3 years, Newton got himself to the frontier, then invented calculus, thought of the inverse square law, and the theory of colors & light. He was so intellectually superior he withdrew from the scientific community because he had no peers. Only when Halley was trying to calculate planets' motion by means of an inverse square law, he remembered he knew this old, extremely intelligent professor; he might be able to help him. When the problem was taken to Newton, he said "it's such and such." How do you know, asked Halley. "I proved it a couple of years ago." That's what led to The Principia; it was the exposition of what Newton had uncovered in his younger years and was lying around as a pile of private papers.

The human brain evolved on a planet covered in water. Maybe well-being suffers when life loses touch with it. A 2020 review in Environmental Research examined evidence linking blue spaces—coasts, rivers, and lakes—with human health and well-being. The findings suggest that proximity to water may support psychological well-being through stress reduction, restorative experiences, physical activity, and social connection. Water isn’t merely scenery. It can shape the environments in which people recover, move, connect, and thrive. Green space matters. Blue space matters, too. Nature’s benefits may run deeper than what meets the eye.
