PSA: Incredible how little @bookingcom cares about it's customers. They'd rather keep my $300 than help when a hotel is in unacceptable condition: brown water, dirty, stained sheets, broken internet, unstable sagging bed, etc. Even hotel agreed to refund, but Booking has not.

Extremely excited for what is to come and beyond grateful for all the work, love and support of what has been done already to shed light to Transborder stories in the analog and digital cultural and historical record of humanity!
UTSA will soon be home to the Transborder Digital Humanities Center-Consortium, a new effort to advance research, teaching and community engagement focused on borderland studies across the Americas.
Humanities professor Sylvia Fernández-Quintanilla has earned a two-year, $150k Mellon Foundation planning grant to establish the new center-consortium. It will provide support to students and scholars while encouraging collaboration with libraries, museums and other community partners across the Americas.
